Nick Neuenfeldt – 235 lb. High School Quarterback

Nick was a very freakish athlete on the high school level. He was 6’3” and 230 lbs. Not only was Nick big he was extremely fast, quick and strong. This was a rarity in high school athletics for a quarterback to bench press almost 400 lbs. while running a 4.5 40 yd. dash, jumping 35 inches in the vertical jump and running a 4.2 short shuttle run.

Nick started training with Semeniksports.com and Alex Semenik his Sophomore year in high school with a single goal in mind of playing college football. Nick dedicated himself to lifting weights, speed training and following a strict diet. This dedication transformed him from a kid that weighed 178 lbs. that ran a 4.8 40 dash to a freakish athlete his senior year.

He finished second to Tom Hansen (Oregon State Linebacker) in the SPARQ rating at the Palo Alto, Stanford Nike Camp in 2005 with a rating of 101.9. His numbers were 6’3” – 235 lbs. – 4.51 40 Yd. dash – 4.21 Short Shuttle – 185 lbs. bench press 35 reps. After the camp he had scholarship offers from UTEP, Colorado State, and Nevada. He eventually signed a scholarship offer with Colorado State University.
